Who does not know instant
noodles ? Everyone know it and ever eat it . Instant noodles are tasty and do
not take long time to make it. But, behind it all consume a lot of instant
noodles is not good for our health. So that’s why I’m going to discuss about
negative effect of instant noodles for body health. Instant noodles contain
vitamins, minerals, and proteins which is very little and not fit to meet the
needs of our body. Instant noodles also contain preservatives or as known as
MSG and additives in the manufacturing process.
Consume a lot of instant noodles can lead to colon cancer. Some instant
noodles packed in Styrofoam. Styrofoam is a cancer-causing agent. Mainly
instant noodles serve with hot water soaked. When exposed to heat, chemicals in
the Styrofoam will also react. Just imagine what if it comes late and gets into
the body. When consume continuously in a long period time, it cans mess up metabolism.
Accumulation of harmful chemicals such as preservatives and colorings will be
toxic in the body. Instant noodles also contain Propylene Glycol, a type of
anti-freeze material which will prevent the noodles become dry. When the body
absorb it, it will be stocked in the area of the liver, kidneys, and liver.
Cause damage to the body, especially those three areas then it weakens the
body’s immune.
Eating regularly instant noodles also cause obesity. Total fat and
high Sodium in instant noodles can not be absorbed by the body and will stay
accumulate as fat. No wonder if it cans cause you to increase weight in a short
time. You need to worry because the content of MSG in instant noodles is high
enough. For those who are allergic to MSG will usually feel hungry, chest
burning, headache, flushed face, and shortness of breath. Instant noodles also
include junk food that contain high carbohydrates and without added vitamins,
mineral or fiber. Saturated fat content is also high in calories so it had a
negative influence on health.
However, instant noodles can not meet the needs of our bodies and
many of the negative effect of consuming instant noodles. For that, there are
some solutions to do to reduce the danger of instant noodles :

Cook
instant noodles with plenty of water. Then, discard the boiled water in order
to preservatives substances are also wasted. Then use new water for the gravy.

Use
half of the seasoning, or not used at all and replaced with salts to reduce the
MSG content.

Try
not eating instant noodles every day. Because our bodies need time to decompose
harmful distances. Then, drink a lot of water.

Instant
noodles possessed a low of nutrition value. So, add the vegetables, meat or
fish when cooking instant noodles.
